Fontana has experience both in the auction and cable television industries.
Fitzwilson is Executive Vice President - Sales, WWM Exchange and Commercial Real Estate for Williams, Williams & McKissick (WWM), LLC the parent company to Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction, WWM Exchange™ and Auction Network. Fitzwilson is responsible for the day to day operations of WWM Exchange. Under Fontana’s leadership, WWM Exchange developed a robust real estate exchange, where any type of real estate asset including residential, commercial, farm and ranch, or distinctive property can be sold, purchased, or traded individually, or in bulk 24/7. She is also responsible for Commercial Real Estate sales. Fitzwilson has a long history of success in assisting clients in the sale of all types of residential and commercial real estate across the nation. From large multi-million transactions with Fortune 100 companies to office, retail and industrial sales for small independently owned businesses, to the sale of individual home seller residential across the nation. With experience in both the auction and cable television industries, Fitzwilson was also a key executive in the development and launch of Auction Network, a multi-platform cable network dedicated to auctions.
She was previously senior vice president of marketing, analytics and research for Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction and serves on the holding company strategic board. Prior to that she was with TV Guide for 15 years, where she headed the domestic and international research of TV Guide Television Group including the areas of branding, positioning, programming, advertising, audience measurement, product and marketing development across multiple product lines and divisions of the company.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Tulsa, Fontana is a member of the American Marketing Association, chaired the media and telecommunications industry research conference, awarded the distinguished TAMI award in cable television, has served nationally as a Future Leader on behalf of the Mortgage Banking Association and holds real estate licenses in several states.

As a Director of Farm Ranch & Land Sales, Drew is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Sellers that seek timely and transparent exchange of their farm, ranch & land real estate. Drew joined the company in 2010, he initially served in the role of Client Services/Closing and Project Management where he acted as the central liaison between buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys and title companies. Prior to Williams & Williams, Drew spent nine years in the banking, lending and servicing industry. He began his career as an Analyst with HSBC in the Tulsa, OK area. He later moved on to become a Senior Credit Manager and Director of Insurance Sales with Wells Fargo Financial. After serving as a Banker for Bank of Oklahoma and managing millions of dollars in assets, Drew decided to join the emergent auction industry.Drew holds a B.A. in Accounting from Northeastern State University. He is also on the Board of Directors for United Members Federal Credit Union and holds a real estate license.

Chris Large graduated from Northeastern State University in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree of Science and achieved Certified Sommelier status in 2007. A career driven professional and licensed real estate professional with an accomplished track record in corporate sales, sales management, idea conception and business ownership. Large is currently the Director of Winery and Vineyard Sales for Williams & Williams and is a good communicator with a consultative sales style. He has strong negotiating skills and perhaps most important: a keen client needs assessment aptitude. He is a born self-starter that identifies opportunities, develops focus strategies and provides tactical business planning to achieve those goals.
In 2002, Large conceived and created Oklahoma's first boutique wine store, Grand Vin Bottle Shop, in Tulsa's Utica Square. He grew the business into a multi-million dollar store in less than seven years and it continues to be one of the highest grossing liquor stores in the state.
Large started ecoVINO Wines, based out of Sonoma County, CA in 2010 with the idea of putting certified organic wine into ultra, light weight packaging. Their first customer was Trader Joe's who exclusively carried the brand for four years and distributed it in 19 states. It continues to be one of the most earth-friendly products in the wine business and has the distinction of the first U.S. winery to mass produce their products in the eco-friendly Astrapouch.
Large has extensive knowledge of fine wine, wine regions, winery and vineyard management, tasting and travel. He resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife and two young sons and is an avid home chef and artisan bread baker.
