This unique 48-acre campus invited bidders from across the globe. After being on the market for several years and having a buyer back out, this property sold at auction to a buyer from China.

We partnered with JLL to auction 61 properties via multiple waves for Halliburton. Locations in 14 states & Canada included industrial, warehouse, office, manufacturing sites as well as resi and comm’l land. Many were offered without reserve, resulting in increased interest and high bids.

This premier hangar facility at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport faced certain challenges like being on a ground lease, a large amount of office space and the Airport Authority needing to approve the buyer. Auction brought forth a qualified buyer who successfully closed and funded.

Over the course of multiple auction events, we sold 58 properties across 17 states and Canadian provinces for Schlumberger. 22% of the properties sold Pre-Auction, and many were auctioned amid the global pandemic of 2020.

We partnered with JLL to auction 55 properties across 14 states in multiple waves of auctions for AT&T. Locations included work centers, office buildings and commercial land. 19% of properties sold Pre-Auction and most closings occurred in 30 days.

We partnered with JLL to auction 42 properties in 11 states in small portfolio events approximately every 6 weeks. Properties were former bank buildings, often with drive-thrus, vaults and ATMs. 98% of properties sold WITHOUT reserve.

Williams & Williams partnered with JLL to auction multiple portfolios for one of the largest banks in the US. The properties were former bank locations and office buildings ranging nationwide from Washington to Maine.

QuikTrip executives watched near a company store and were impressed by our abilities to bring the market to the sale. 36 days later we successfully auctioned QuikTrip surplus real estate for highest market value.

This was an opportunity to acquire an entire town, along with the Buford Trading Post, an income-producing convenience store. Included were about 10 acres of land, five buildings, and US Post Office boxes.

Rite Aid properties in 14 states, included a Class A shopping center adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip, income-producing buildings in Indiana, Pennsylvania and South Carolina, with land parcels, residential & retail buildings.

At 700,000 sqft, the Great Lakes Technology Center was a unique marketing challenge. Recognizing the likelihood of attracting a single buyer was limited, the property was marketed and sold in four parcels.

An elegant Victorian-style home is a 4,219+/- square-foot bed & breakfast playing host to special events including weddings, business meetings and luncheons on .50+/- acres located in the heart of Corsicana, Texas.

The 1,208+/- acre Glendorn Estate, made public as a luxury Relais & Chateaux Resort in 1995, is nestled next to the Allegheny National Forest near Bradford, Pennsylvania, serving for almost 70 years as a family retreat.

This auction, north of Spokane, Washington, included Deer Park Golf Club and Spokane RV Resort, residential lots and development land, a luxury condominium with furnishings, an RV storage facility and equipment.

The Silverdome was marketed across 200+ countries and territories, with inquiries from 84 countries. Our sales execs fielded calls from around the world, vetted financial viability, and helped prepare a wide variety of bidders.

This was a unique opportunity to acquire a medium security detention center in Littlefield, TX. New owners benefit from local support, which built the facility, as well as the area's low cost and a readily available workforce.
