Points are the symbolic value based upon the use rights in their property interest. Points are also the symbolic value assigned to the right to occupy an accommodation or vacation unit. The point values for each type of unit will vary, depending on the size of the unit, the time of year, day of week and the particular resort where the points are being used. Points can be used at several resorts that are included as part of the property interests within Club Wyndham Plus. Points can also be used within an exchange network.
Monthly Dues: $152.46 (any past due amounts will be paid by the seller at closing)
Real estate forfeited under laws enforced by the United States Department of Justice and its investigative agencies including the DEA, FBI and ATF.

Addendum Disclosure. Buyer acknowledges receipt of and has initialed the following: Addendum to Real Estate Purchase Contract, Lead Based Paint Addendum, Buyer's Certification Packet.
