Failed Wastewater Treatment Disclosure. Buyer acknowledges and understands that property herein has been reported to have an on-site wastewater treatment system/cesspool/septic tank and buyer agrees to accept 'as is' with no warranties or assertions by Williams and Williams, nor their agents as to the condition thereof. Said on-site wastewater system is in need of complete replacement as well as removal of old system. Said removal, repairs, and replacement shall be repaired at the expense of the Buyer.
