Parcel One: Unit “C” Building 4 of Hermosa Vistas, Phase II, as shown by map thereof on file in Book 121 of Plats, Page 47, in the office of the County Recorder in Clark County, Nevada. Parcel Two: An undivided lI48 fee simple interest as tenant in common in and to all the real property, including without limitation the common elements lying within said map and in the Declaration referred to below; Excepting therefrom, all Units as shown on the Map. Deed Restriction Disclosure. Buyer understands property has a short term (3 month) deed restriction prohibiting the property from being sold/encumbered for more than 120% of total purchase price.
Re-Keying the Property. Buyer acknowledges that seller will re-key the exterior doors to the property prior to closing and funding at the buyer's expense to be paid at closing.
Title/Closing Costs.
