Situate in Gerrardstown District, Berkeley Count West Virginia, more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 210, containing one acre, more or less, GLENW00D FOREST SUBDIVISION, as more fully shown upon that certain plat prepared by Gamma Associates, dated the 21st day of December 1972, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Berkeley County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 280 at page 280.
