Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sell Thursday & Friday 

TULSA, OKLA., Nov 2, 2017…Two big real estate auctions this week will give New Yorkers a chance to purchase prime real estate and land throughout the State, according to Williams & Williams, a Tulsa-based real estate auction firm hired to conduct the sales. Williams & Williams, a leader in global live and interactive auctions, will offer live bidding during the auctions and online bidding through its affiliate AuctionNetwork.com.

 

The first commercial land parcel auctions will be held simultaneously live onsite and online, and will start Thursday, November 2 in Springville (9am), Brockport (12pm) and Herkimer, NY (4:30pm). The parcels range from 1ac to 63acres (more or less) and are part of a retail development in each city anchored by a national home improvement chain store. 

The second day of auctions, Friday, November 3, will take place in Yonkers at the Yonkers Riverfront Library beginning at 9:30am. This auction currently features 15 vacant parcels and a condo unit located along the Yonkers downtown waterfront.

The auctions are public events, open to anyone who wishes to participate in accordance with the terms and conditions of the auction and sale of the properties.
