Williams cofounded Williams & Williams in 1986. Built upon a legacy of real estate auctioneering partnerships begun in 1910, Williams & Williams has since grown into one of the largest real estate auction firms in the world. Williams & Williams has sold billions of dollars of real property across its five Sales divisions (Farms and Ranches, Commercial, Wineries, Luxury, Residential and Mortgage Default) and operates live, on-site and online real estate auctions in all fifty states in the U.S. every month, in partnership with sister company Auction Network.
Over the last few decades, Williams has focused his attention on the opacity and illiquidity caused to property rights and net outcomes when values, uses or purchasers are indefinitely or speculatively "managed" for versus more reliably and efficiently allowed to be discovered via more openly competitive, accessible and trustworthy public exchanges.
Williams has been invited to speak at dozens of universities, industry and government forums about wasteful or fraudulent pricing, financing and transfer schemes that erode the value of private property rights and obscure otherwise knowable values, especially relative to land and housing.
Williams is a graduate of Western Illinois University (B.A., M.A. Political Science), Georgetown University (J.D. Law), Stanford University (Executive Program, Graduate School of Business) and has earned the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Fitzwilson is responsible for the day to day operations of WWM Exchange. Under Fontana’s leadership, WWM Exchange developed a robust real estate exchange, where any type of real estate asset including residential, commercial, farm and ranch, or distinctive property can be sold, purchased, or traded individually, or in bulk 24/7. She is also responsible for Commercial Real Estate sales. Fitzwilson has a long history of success in assisting clients in the sale of all types of residential and commercial real estate across the nation. From large multi-million transactions with Fortune 100 companies to office, retail and industrial sales for small independently owned businesses, to the sale of individual home seller residential across the nation. With experience in both the auction and cable television industries, Fitzwilson was also a key executive in the development and launch of Auction Network, a multi-platform cable network dedicated to auctions.[/br][/br] She was previously senior vice president of marketing, analytics and research for Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction and serves on the holding company strategic board. As Executive Vice President of Default Solutions for Williams, Williams & McKissick (WWM), Lewis leads global real estate disposition strategy for financial institutions, corporations, and local, state and Federal agencies. For more than 10 years, Lewis has played an integral role in fulfilling the company’s vision of becoming one of the largest real estate auction firms in the world. [/br] [/br] Lewis is a 30-year veteran of the real estate and financial services industry and 25-year veteran of the REO (Owned Real Estate) industry. Prior to WWM, she served in business development roles for First Credit Solutions/MidFirst Bank and for Commercial Financial Services, managing the HUD REO portfolio. She was an REO asset specialist with The Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and national sales manager for The Associates/CorporateLink, one of the first REO asset management companies in the industry. Lewis also served as national sales manager for Sooner Federal Savings & Loan. HousingWire named Lewis one of the most influential women in the U.S. housing economy in 2013. [/br]
Sills has an extensive background in national and international marketing. Prior to joining Williams & Williams, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Body Shop of America. Based in Jacksonville, Fla., his responsibilities included the development of the company’s marketing planning function and supervision of advertising, visual merchandising, promotions, public relations and sales contest programs. Before his time with Body Shop of America, Sills spent twelve years with Foot Locker / Kids Foot Locker / Footaction. Based in New York, NY, he held the title of Vice President Retail Brand Director and was responsible for the direction of all marketing activities including brand strategy and aesthetics, advertising, store promotions, visual merchandising, sports marketing, event and public relations.[/br][/br] Sills is the recipient of numerous industry awards including multiple awards from Point of Purchase Advertising International, the Design of the Times award from the In Store Marketing Institute and an Emmy for the New York area. A graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington), Sills resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Cindy has over 25 years experience in sales and marketing for all types of commercial and special-use properties. During her tenure with Williams & Williams she has participated in the auction of more than 75,000 properties that include single family homes, golf courses, arenas, airports and hospitality properties. Cindy also has an extensive background in media buying, public relations, and communication strategies. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (BS journalism), and is a licensed real estate Broker.
As a Director of Farm Ranch & Land Sales, Drew is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Sellers that seek timely and transparent exchange of their farm, ranch & land real estate. Drew joined the company in 2010, he initially served in the role of Client Services/Closing and Project Management where he acted as the central liaison between buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys and title companies. [/br][/br] Prior to Williams & Williams, Drew spent nine years in the banking, lending and servicing industry. He began his career as an Analyst with HSBC in the Tulsa, OK area. He later moved on to become a Senior Credit Manager and Director of Insurance Sales with Wells Fargo Financial. After serving as a Banker for Bank of Oklahoma and managing millions of dollars in assets, Drew decided to join the emergent auction industry.
