Senior Sales 

Williams & Williams is the premier brand and leading innovator in real estate auction.  We conduct thousands of live-on-site and on-line globally marketed real estate events for hundreds of corporate and private sellers each year.  Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated senior sales leader for individual and corporate clients across a variety of asset classes, including single-family residential, luxury, farm & ranch, and commercial. 

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients that lead to the timely and transparent exchange of real estate via auction, focusing on increasing listings volume and revenue growth for the company, while ensuring successful sales and happy buyers and sellers.   

If you have a proven history of success in sales, growing new business lines, and increasing revenue, this is an excellent opportunity for financial and personal achievement!  

Key Requirements Include:

  • Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7-10 years successful sales experience
  • 5 years auction or real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Successful track record in meeting sales goals

Auction Network General Manager

Auction Network is a broadband streaming real estate entertainment and information network, with live real time bidding from around the world. We’re integrating a new technology platform, new content and new social and digital interactivity into our 24/7 broadcasts and are in need of a strong business driver who can bridge the worlds of technology, sales, marketing, content production and finance.  

This is a terrific opportunity for someone with a technical and creative bent who will also be the chief product champion.  You’ll drive the evolution of Auction Network on all platforms, working closely with other business leaders in key areas to plan, develop, launch, and measure to create the Auction Network of the future.

Demonstrated skill or experience in studio or network broadcasting and media production required.

Sr. Marketing

Our Real Estate Marketing Perspective

We’re all in marketing – trying to share what is relevant.  But a professional marketer is committed to leading that charge.  What is most relevant now and how can it be best understood or even heard?  We know that time is precious and attention is golden.  But how do we waste less of both where real estate sales are concerned?

Auctions done right set a date for, and call attention to, the places available.  It could be need, desire, a vision or a hunch.  But every place we auction matters but for the attention of people who care.

 

Our Senior Marketing position offers the chance to radically improve how attention is brought to places where time matters.  Each property auction occurs within 30 days on average and can often be attended in person and live on site as well as viewed and or bid online via our sister company Auction Network. You’d be able to turn these events into public relations, social exchanges and with enough love and excitement…bidding frenzies!

 

You are driven to market something because it matters, now and in the moment.  You love helping people discover and are ambitious enough to want to prove it, measurably increasing the number of bidders per auction.  You accept accountability and mean to demonstrate same through a proof of performance that clients will trust.  You’re passionate and an expert on the cutting edges of marketing’s future, whether it’s very quickly creating local word of mouth “buzz” or using the infinite insights to be gained from data analytics to test ideas and improve marketing relevance.
