A real estate auction is a unique selling solution many property owners either don’t know about or don’t understand. We need qualified sales professionals to find those sellers and present the many benefits of accelerated auction marketing.
Williams & Williams is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Executives who will be responsible for building and growing clients in Commercial Real Estate; partnering with local agents; and cultivating business between Williams & Williams, real estate firms, and individual sellers as their real estate auction provider. Selected Candidates will be located in the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, and Mid Central US.
Ideal candidates will be team players and have extensive industry relationships and knowledge; proven business development skills; and will be highly motivated. They will also possess the ability to drive a large volume of commercial real estate sales for auction. Williams & Williams will assist in lead generation. A current real estate license and 3+ years’ experience in real estate sales/marketing is preferred. Real estate auction experience is not required but is a plus. Compensation will include salary, bonus potential, and a competitive benefits package.
