Williams & Williams seeks a qualified Closing Coordinator in its Tulsa office. The candidate for this position must have prior real estate experience in all areas and specific knowledge of closing, lending, and sales contracts. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as ability to work with sellers, buyers, lenders, and title companies. Candidate must be able to work at a fast pace, multi-task, and meet crucial deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Res.Net, Equator, Loansphere, and MSP is preferred but not mandatory.

We are searching for a licensed real estate broker to fill our Bid Coordinator position in our Tulsa, Oklahoma corporate office. This person will be responsible for providing support to our VP of Broker Operations and other members of the sales team. Individual will coordinate auction bids and sales contracts, compile monthly contact lists, print property reports, and perform data entry pertaining to client auction results. Qualified candidate will have the ability to multi-task and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. In addition, candidate will be outgoing, focused, and self-motivated.

We are searching for a Real Estate Auction Project Manager who will support our commercial and residential sales teams in client growth and retention. The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between company and clients regarding expectations/execution on delivery; collect information for internal departments such as marketing and operations and manage new client implementation to ensure successful auction; and project manage each sale from listing to closing and ensure all client questions are answered and needs are met, as well as provide proof of performance. Candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and 3+ years of real estate and/or auction services support/project management required.

This part-time position is within our division of Accounting. Essential duties include Data Entry, Cost Accounting, Property Accounting and reports; Account Receivable Processes; Bank Wires; Client Management; Account Management; Financial Reporting; Assist General Accounting. 3 years of accounting experience required. Accounting degree is preferred.

Williams & Williams is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for building and growing clients in the sectors of Agriculture/Farms, Livestock & Horse Ranches, and Recreational Land. Ideal candidate will have extensive industry relationships and knowledge, proven business development skills, be highly motivated, and a team player. They will also possess the ability to drive a large volume of high-end farm, ranch, and estate sales. Williams & Williams will assist in lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a current real estate license and 3+ years’ experience in real estate sales/marketing. Real estate auction experience is not required, but is a plus. Compensation will include salary, bonus potential, and a competitive benefits package.
