We need a proven sales leader to focus on Government Sales; from initial services design and RFP responsiveness through business development and client services. Candidate should have 5yrs minimum proven sales experience; professional knowledge of public agency service needs and contract development; and an established government network with references.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review client's listings spreadsheet to ensure the client provided WW with all necessary information and ensures all properties are uploaded to WW's systems;
  • Assist with client interaction and managing of client's expectations;
  • Supervise and oversee a portfolio of complex properties and/or clients;
  • Review and approve discretionary expenditures based on client approved strategies and client expense guidelines, approve and / or submit for approval expenses required to complete the disposition of properties;
  • Reviews Property Condition Reports and advise internal / external clients of property issues and required disclosures;
  • Work with governments/municipalities as well as previous listing agent in order to obtain most up-to-date property information;
  • Ensures all necessary inspections required for property transfer are ordered and retrieved from the City / Municipality;
  • Coordinates to ensure all vendors provide timely and accurate services (lockboxes, maintenance, inspections, etc.);
  • Works with HOAs to ensure WW has access to the HOA communities and properties and to obtain any necessary Disclosure Packages;
  • Review all auction results and transmit sales results to the clients and utilize the W&W enterprise system as well as client's own software systems;
  • Maintain positive communications / contact with client to get offer approvals / rejections; and
  • Works with WW internal departments as well as the client on any property issues (vandalism, HOA access, code enforcement, liens, etc.).


  • Bachelor's degree and 5 plus years of equivalent experience in REO and/or property management is preferred.
  • 5 plus years in a sales support or account management preferred.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of residential real estate transactions from property listing through closing.
  • Computer literacy of all Microsoft Office applications, internet, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Individuals must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates must be organized; processes oriented, and have the ability to maintain multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Fast learner with ability to grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and externally with vendors to ensure attainment of both department and company objectives.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner.
