Current Available Positions

We are searching for a licensed real estate salesperson to fill our Auction Portfolio Manager position in our Fort Worth, Texas office or Tulsa, Oklahoma office. This person will be responsible for:

• Auction sales quota objectives
• Managing auction properties using default residential real estate asset management experience
• Managing bids and offers to ensure the most beneficial bids/offers are managed for the seller
• Maintaining awareness of the real estate industry and making recommendations to management as appropriate
• Working with Listing Agents to Collect available collateral for each property
• Working with Listing Agents to obtain needed disclosures
• Sending contracts to buyers and seller for signatures

Individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and sales. Qualified candidate will have the ability to multi-task and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. In addition, candidate will be outgoing, focused, and self-motivated.

Williams & Williams is a real estate auction company and is seeking a qualified Client Services/Marketing Specialist to serve as a liaison between real estate owners and all internal departments to ensure a positive client experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate with clients across multiple channels (in person, online,and via phone)
• Ensure a smooth and positive on-boarding experience for new clients
• Ensure all new real estate auction listing agreements are properly executed and uploaded in system
• Set up/deactivate real estate auction properties in system
• Manage and provide regular, proactive, client communications
• Discuss real estate auction projects with potential auction bidders
• Coordinate due diligence for real estate auction projects
• Maintain confidentiality of all client, tenant, and company information

Position Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel and Outlook
• Experience in Project Management
• College degree (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated ability to apply common sense and reasoning to solve problems
• Commitment to project completion

Location: Tulsa, OK or Fort Worth, TX

Williams & Williams is seeking a qualified Closing Manager in its Tulsa, Oklahoma office or Fort Worth, Texas office to manage real estate auction closings.

Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage a large portfolio of assets while maintaining time frame requirements
• Review sales contracts for compliance with seller requirements
• Responsible for coordinating contract delivery to closing and title companies
• Provide client and supervisor with regular updates on all assigned assets under contract
• Work proactively with outside settlement providers to push assets to closing
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external business partners
• Take on additional duties as needed

• Prior experience in escrow or coordinating sales on behalf of institutional sellers.
