Keith Babb is president and chief auctioneer of Keith Babb & Associates Auction-Realty Company of Monroe, Louisiana, a first generation auction company that specializes in the sale of Real Estate, Farm Machinery, Quarter horses, Thoroughbreds, and other breeds of purebred livestock.
Babb is a member of the NAA Hall of Fame, and is past director of National Auctioneers Association, past governor of The Auction Marketing Institute, charter member and past president of Louisiana Auctioneers Association, member of Louisiana Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame, and past chairman of Louisiana Auctioneers Licensing Board.
For 40 years he conducted the major race-bred Quarter Horse auctions in the United States and thoroughbred sales in Louisiana, Oklahoma, California, and New Mexico, and has conducted auctions in 23 states and Canada. He and wife Carolyn have two children and one granddaughter. He is also an avid hunter and has collected trophies from all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, New Zealand and Argentina.
He has conducted numerous benefit auctions for Friends of NRA, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited and many other charitable organizations.
Babb also served on the Louisiana Board of Trustees for State Colleges and Universities and is currently a member of the Louisiana Racing Commission. He is a deacon at Lakeshore Baptist Church in Monroe.
He has conducted auction seminars in Alabama, Louisiana, Oregon, Wisconsin, New York, and Texas. For the past 15 years, he has been a member of the Williams & Williams Auction Team selling repossessed residential properties throughout the United States.
Auction career highlights include the sale of the highest priced quarter horse to sell at auction, Tempting Dash, a record setting, stakes winning stallion that he sold at Heritage Place in Oklahoma City in January 2013 for a record $1.7 million. He also holds the record for selling the highest priced quarter horse yearling filly $650,000; yearling colt at $700,000 and horses of racing age that include Queen for Cash that sold for $1.25 million in the Phillips Ranch dispersal in 1982. In January 2015, he was named recipient of the American Quarter Horse Association Racing Council Special Recognition Award. He also received a lifetime achievement award from the Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders Association.
Babb also served on the board of directors of Ouachita National Bank, Louisiana Banc Shares, Premiere Bank, Bank One of Louisiana, the former Monroe Building and Loan, Monroe Chamber of Commerce and the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home.
He is past president of the Northeast Louisiana University Alumni Association, and the Greater Monroe Optimist Club. He holds the designations of the NAA's Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, Graduate Personal Property Appraiser and CAI. He has been a full-time auctioneer and real estate broker since 1971. Throughout his high school and college career he was a radio disc jockey and later the news director for KNOE TV in Monroe, Louisiana. Babb served six years in the Louisiana Army National Guard. He and his wife operate a cattle and row crop farm near Monroe.

Brooks has been an Auctioneer for 30 years and has a passion for auctioning both real estate and cattle. Brooks auctions on average between 85 and 100 registered cattle sales per year when not auctioning homes for Williams & Williams across the nation. His cattle sales are primarily Limousin and Shorthorn breed sales. Brooks serves on the board of directors for the Oklahoma Limousin Cattle Association and the Love County, Oklahoma Soil Conservation Service. He is also an active member of the North American Limousin Cattle Association, the American Shorthorn Association, the American Angus Association, the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association and the Oklahoma Limousin Breeders Association. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
A graduate of Western KY University Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (1990) and Missouri Auction School (1991), Eddie is the co-owner of Burks Cattle Co., a purebred Angus and Hereford stock operation on his family farm near Glasgow, KY and specializes in purebred cattle auctions, conducting over 60 a year. Past affiliations and achievements include, serving on the board of directors for KY Angus and Hereford Associations, KY State Bid Calling Champion, Eddie resides in Park City, KY with his wife Debbie, and two children, Sheldon (20) and Kelby (16).

Michelle Canny is strongly driven by the real estate and auction background her parents exposed her to starting at the age of 12. Michelle started in the auction business from the ground up by doing whatever her dad needed done. She quickly learned how to set up for an auction, take bids, and advertise to maximize buyer turnout and profit potential. In 2007, a local auctioneer encouraged her to auction, planting a seed. A year later, Michelle being self-taught was up on the auction podium. She has been auctioning since 2007 and has been selling real estate in Johnson, KS and surrounding areas since 2006. Michelle is also the Marketing & Personal Relations Manager for The Canny Team. She is a member of the Kansas Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Michelle and her husband, Matt, have three children Samuel, Lauren, and Hannah. They are active in their local church, Oasis, in Ulysses, KS.
In addition to working as an Auctioneer for Williams & Williams, Hedrick continues to own and operate a cattle ring service and a consulting and sales management firm (JDH Marketing Services) based in Columbus, Miss. Working as a ringman, Hedrick has traveled across America. Hedrick also worked previously at National Cattle Services where he gained expertise in sales, public relations and promotion.

Roger owned an insurance agency for over 25 years, and also worked as a field man for the Drovers Journal livestock publication. Recently, he helped conduct Standardbred horse auctions in 5 states and Canada. He also helps conduct many purebred cattle auctions, in addition to working as a ringman for real estate, purebred cattle, sheep, horse, pig and even Barrett-Jackson collector car auctions.

For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States through the auction method and tradition sales method. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013. Gary and his wife Leigh Ann reside in New Braunfels with their daughter Gracyn.
With more than 30 years of experience in auctioneering, Kimberling has worked with such businesses as HB Green Furniture Auction, Stewart Allen Furniture Auction, Harrisburg Sales Co, TQHA Sale, All American Sale, Pacific Coast Sale and Fasig Tipton.He was also a ringman for Heritage Place and Louisiana Quarter Horse Association Sale. Kimberling is also the owner of Kimberling Furniture, a seven-year business.

Tony Langdon has been licensed as an Auctioneer since 1978. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1979 and the Superior School of Auctioneering the year prior in 1978. Immediately following college he joined the American Quarter Horse Association as a Director of Advertising for the Quarter Horse Journal representing the association at quarter horse auctions throughout the United States and Canada. In 1981 he moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and founded Tony Langdon Promotions, producing record setting Quarter Horse Auctions for over a decade.
In 1990 he pioneered the unique mobile wholesale vehicle auction company, AutoVest, selling thousands of used car trade-ins and aged inventory monthly for new car franchcise dealerships throughout Texas. This concept of selling vehicles in dealer only auctions on site at new car dealerships has proven a very viable method and has often been copied in other areas in the US. After 17 years of operation, AutoVest was sold to the publicly traded company, Asbury Automotive.
His next start-up auction venture was in 1996, Tony Langdon Auction Properties sells real estate at auction in North and Central Texas. With a strong background in horses and cattle he excels in selling farms and ranches understanding the needs of a buyer and the desires of the seller. Once again, most of these properties are offered using his own innovatiove auction concept which yields the maximum results. He also excels in selling Raw Acreage, Commercial Real Estate, Single Family Homes and Multi-Family housing.
In addition to managing his own auction business, Tony serves as a Contract Auctioneer for several major national companies. He sells Purebred Horses and Cattle, Classic Cars and Wholesale Vehicles and of course Real Estate. Centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex he travels and conducts hundreds of auctions nationally each year.
Tony lives in Aubrey, Texas on his 808 Ranch where he raises and shows Cutting Horses competitively. In addition to heavy involvement in the auction industry he also serves as a National Cutting Horse Association and American Quarter Horse Association Judge for national equine events. His daughter Taylor, a recent graduate on Texas Tech University, is an up and coming star in the Women's Professional Rodeo Association as a top barrel racing competitor.

Larkin has been working auctions for more than 40 years. He started working for a purebred cattle magazine shortly after college and has been working for cattle publications ever since, which involves working purebred cattle auctions every week. He has worked the Keeneland Thoroughbred Horse Auctions in Lexington KY for more than 35 years. Larkin has also been involved in the Ocala Thoroughbred Horse Sales in Florida; the National Cutting Horse Futurity Sales in Fort Worth, Texas; Kentucky and Pennsylvania Standard-bred horse sales; Texas Art Galleries in Dallas; and Altermann Galleries & Auctioneers in Santa Fe, N.M. He has also sold real estate and equipment.
Larkin is a current member and past president of the Livestock Publication Council (LPC), the South Texas Farm & Ranch Club and the Texas Purebred Cattle Alliance. He is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and the San Antonio Livestock Exhibition. Larkin is a certified Texas Real Estate Broker and a certified Texas Auctioneer. He earned his bachelor's degree from East Texas State University. Most notably, E.C. Larkin Jr. was inducted into the Livestock Publication Council Hall of Fame in 2001.
Angelo Lopez was raised in Puerto Rico and New York City. After graduating from high school Mr. Lopez entered the Army and became a paratrooper in the famed 82nd airborne. Mr. Lopez is the bi-lingual instructor at the world wide college of auctioneering. Mr. Lopez worked in Puerto-Rico and organized real estate and auto auctions for banks. In the USA he has worked with Minneapolis and Northstar Auto Auctions, Mid-America Auctions, Schneider Industries, Barrett/Jackson, Williams & Williams.
Prior to joining Williams & Williams, Lowderman worked numerous cattle auctions and was involved with his family auction business, which specialized in farmland.
Lowderman is a licensed Auctioneer in the state of Illinois, and a member of both the Illinois Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. He was a member of the 2000 National Champion Livestock Judging Team. Lowderman is also a two-time winner for the high individual overall at the North American International Livestock Expo, and a winner for high individual overall at the National Western Stock Show. The Lowderman Auction Company was the first to sell bare farmland for $5,000 per acre within the Midwest Region. Lowderman has a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.

Personally Joseph Mast is married to his high school sweetheart and has three children and lives on a small farm in Millersburg, Ohio. He is a pilot, an avid conversationalist, a hunter, and he enjoys cycling.

Scott Musser, Kennewick, WA is the CEO of Musser Bros. Inc. Musser Bros. maintains offices in 4 northwestern states. Scott also serves as lead auctioneer for Euro Auctions, conducting auctions in North Ireland, Germany, England, Spain and Australia.
Scott is the past President of the National Auctioneers Association and Past President of the Washington Auctioneers Association.
Musser was named the 2001 International Auctioneer Champion in Boise, Idaho and the 2002 World All Around Champion Auctioneer in Calgary, Alberta.

John S. Nicholls is President of Nicholls Auction Marketing Group, Inc., and oversees all day to day operations of the real estate auction company. As a second generation auctioneer, licensed in 11 states and the District of Columbia, John earned a BA in Psychology and a MS in Personnel Services. In 1990, John graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, and is currently one of the school's featured instructors. John currently conducts over 300 auctions per year for Fortune 500 companies and is a licensed realtor. Under John's leadership, Nicholls Auction was named Business of the Year by the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. John is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association, and currently serves as Vice President. John also is a past President and Chairman of the Board of the Virginia Auctioneers Association. In addition, John has been a featured speaker at many state auctioneer associations throughout the country. and has had the honor to represent the auction profession on the TODAY Show, the National Association of Realtors Convention, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, multiple news publications, and on a real estate auction consulting trip to South Africa. Married for 50 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Art attended Colorado State University, and was in the US Navy from 1965-1969. Art later established himself as an auctioneer in 1982. He has conducted a wide range of Auctions in 11 States, including real estate, estates, farm & ranch, business liquidations, restaurant equipment, and gives personal property appraisals. Art was recognized by the Colorado Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 1999. Affiliations and community activities include Greeley Independence Stampede Committee 1989-96, President CO Auctioneers 1986-88, President Weld Co. Fair Board 1985, President Weld Co. Horse Council 1978-80, Vice President Colorado Jaycees 1977, and President LaSalle Jaycees 1976.
Michael Lex Steel has been in the auction business for over 20 years, serving as a ringman, seller’s ambassador and auctioneer. Throughout the year, he is hired by the nation's top auction houses including Leake Auction Company, Dan Kruse Classics, GAA Auctions, the Branson Auction, Motostalgia Auctions D’Elegance, GPK Auctions, Kruse Energy and, of course, Williams & Williams. Steel has competed and placed in the World Automotive Auctioneer Championship on three different occasions. Recently he has made appearances on popular reality television shows Fast N’ Loud on Discovery, The Car Chasers on CNBC Prime, Dallas Car Sharks on Velocity and Bidding Wars on NBC Sports. When he is not traveling for auctions, Steel spends time working on motorcycles in his bike shop, Bottoms Up Chop Shop, and promoting Hoochie Shine, a bike and car cleaner he personally developed. Steel generously donates his time to many non-profit groups including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Arthritis Foundation, Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Oklahoma Aids Care Fund and the Child Protection Center.
Juston C. Stelzer entered the auction industry after graduating from Oklahoma State University in May of 2002. While at OSU, Stelzer was a member of the Livestock Judging Team, the Oklahoma State Cattlemen’s Association and Block and Bridle. In 2012, he graduated from the prestigious World Wide College of Auctioneering based in Mason City, IA.
Upon graduation from OSU, Stelzer moved to Seward, NE to work for the American Shorthorn Association as their western field representative. In September of 2003, he accepted a position with Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) in Fort Worth, TX as their livestock rep for the Central and Southwest US.
In January of 2008, Stelzer left TSCRA and founded SS Auction Services in Aledo, TX. While in Aledo, Stelzer was actively involved in the community as a member of both the Business Development Group of Aledo and the P&Z for the City of Aledo. Additionally, he served as president of the Aledo Volunteer Fire Department and commissioner of the Parker County Emergency Services District #1.
Stelzer currently resides in Oologah, OK with his wife Leslie and daughter Blayklee. He continues to operate SS Auction Services, a full-service auction business focusing on professional ring services for many facets of the auction industry. Stelzer regularly works livestock, real estate, heavy equipment, classic car, horse and benefit auctions in the lower 48 states and the UK.
Born and raised in Ashland, Ohio, Andy graduated from Ashland High School and went on to THE Ohio State University where he studied Agriculture Education. In 2002, he graduated from the Missouri Auction School and completed his real estate courses from Hondros University in 2003. Since then, Andy has been a full time auctioneer. Although Andy specializes in Real Estate auctions he also has the privilege of serving as an auctioneer at Barrett Jackson "The Worlds Greatest Collector Car Auction" and each year sells several of the Budweiser Clydesdales at the World Clydesdale auction . He also serves as a contract auctioneer for the Akron Auto Auction, Williams and Williams Auction Company, and several other organizations. In 2007, Andy was the Ohio Auctioneers Champion and went on to be runner up twice on the international stage before being named the 2013 International Auctioneer’s Champion. Andy is a past president of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and received the highest designation an auctioneer can receive at the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Andy and his wife Megan are the proud parents of 3 boys.
