RV Park

The resort has 121 landscaped RV pads both on and off the course. 60 pads, specifically designed for larger RVs, are 15’ X 90’ with an additional 510 sq ft patio and can accommodate a 45’ RV with room to park an automobile. There are an additional 61 asphalt pads that are slightly smaller in size but able to accommodate a 45’ RV. All spaces have full hook-ups including water, 20/30/50 amp power and internet, with phone lines and cable available. Six additional concrete pads are privately owned. The existing lot owner’s association and Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions protect the park’s quality.

The Spokane RV Resort also comes with outstanding amenities. Its 3,400+/- sq ft recreation building has a full kitchen, pool table, dance floor, state-of-the-art video and stereo equipment, library, fireplace, seating and tables, restrooms and storage. Outside is a swimming pool with deck chairs and pool cover, spa, 9-hole putting course, bocce court, partially covered veranda, a cook’s patio with gas barbeque and two dog runs. The nearby Pool and Bath Building contains an on-site laundry facility with coin operated washers and dryers and spacious tiled shower rooms.

The registration building contains two offices, a registration desk, restroom and storage room. There are also two maintenance / storage sheds.
