With multiple purchase opportunities, including building a dream home on a championship golf course or enjoying the luxury of worry free condominium living in a location with recreation at its core. The Deer Park Golf Club auction was one of a kind. The auction included an 18-hole, 6,751 championship course complete with a clubhouse and Divots Grill & Sports Bar – a popular gathering spot for golfers from all over the region.

Also auctioned, The Spokane RV Resort, a vacation destination for RV full-timers and weekend explorers. It boasts a Woodalls® 5W rating for recreation and facilities and its location in the Inland Northwest, bounded by the majestic Cascade and Rocky Mountains, provides ample recreational opportunities including hiking, fishing and skiing.

The Eagle Point Condominium, sold that day, is a 1,587+/- sq ft residence with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and features golf course views. This gated community has 8 built out/sold units and 8 additional acres ready to complete construction. Mountain View Meadows residential development surrounds the Deer Park Golf Club and offers builder-ready residential lots both on and off of the course. The multiple parcels of development land have gorgeous mountain and golf course views.

Finally, we auctioned The Spokane RV Storage facility, a 4,392+/- sq ft flex commercial building on Highway 395 at the south entrance into Deer Park, WA. Zoned as diversified commercial, the 2+/- acres can accommodate retail, drive in establishments including banks and restaurants, repair facilities, auto sales or a hotel, among other uses.

Approximately 200 people attended the Deer Park auction, with 75 registered bidders. Hundreds of individuals toured the property, with a few dozen taking guided tours, during a six week marketing period. There was a tremendous amount of interest from the immediate Spokane, Washington area, as well as nearby metro areas like Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. People also flew in from Colorado and Nevada. There was strong interest from Canadian buyers as well. We had 26,070 page views to the Deer Park website, and more than 95 phone calls from people asking for information.
