Fontana is Senior Vice President, Individual Home Sales, Williams & McKissick, LLC, Business Intelligence and Analytics of the parent company to Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction, Williams Merchant Group, and Auction Network. Fontana is responsible for the day-to-day operations of WMG, which utilizes proprietary analytics and auction capabilities of its affiliated company, Williams & Williams, to value, principally purchase, market, and trade bulk real estate and loan portfolios. Under Fontana’s leadership, WMG developed a robust real estate exchange, where any type of mortgage or real estate-based asset (including commercial, residential, first and second liens, performing, non-performing, and REO) can be bought, sold, or traded in bulk or individually 24/7. She is also responsible for Business Intelligence including statistical analysis, data mining, business performance management, benchmarking, modeling, and predictive analysis. With experience in both the auction and cable television industries, Fontana also manages the strategic operations of Auction Network, a multi-platform cable network dedicated to auctions. Fontana was previously Senior Vice President of Marketing, Analytics and Research for Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction and serves on the holding company strategic board. Prior to that she was with TV Guide for 15 years, where she headed the domestic and international research of TV Guide Television Group, including the areas of branding, positioning, programming, advertising, audience measurement, and product and marketing development across multiple product lines and divisions of the company. A cum laude graduate of the University of Tulsa, Fontana is a member of the American Marketing Association, and has previously chaired the Media and Telecommunications Industry Research Conference, been awarded the distinguished TAMI Award in cable television, and has served nationally as a Future Leader on behalf of the Mortgage Banking Association.

Amy Bates is Chief Marketing Officer for Williams, Williams & McKissick (WWM), LLC, the parent company to Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction, Williams Merchant Group (WMG) and Auction Network. Bates is responsible for spearheading global marketing strategy through the creation of innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive brand preference, equity and awareness across all WWM Holdings.
A seasoned sales and marketing strategist who spent nearly 20 years devising revenue and growth strategies for multimedia sales teams, Bates has extensive experience in crafting brand and sales strategy; spearheading consumer and business-to-business campaign strategy; and managing public and government affairs.
Under Bates leadership, WWM created and introduced its Auction IndexTM which offers a preview of shifts in the real estate market 60-90 days ahead of other leading Home Price Indices (HPIs); Williams & Williams significantly increased market share in key property sectors including, commercial real estate, farms and ranches, and distinctive residential; the companies introduced four new auction platforms to support their combined “Buy, Sell, Trade” strategies; and the companies expanded their marketing reach to over 200 countries.
Prior to joining Williams & Williams, Amy spent nearly 10 years in senior marketing roles with Gemstar-TV Guide International, the last five as Senior Vice President of Affiliate Marketing. In that capacity, she led a seasoned team of professionals responsible for crafting marketing strategy to support the growth and revenue goals for a portfolio of technology and entertainment products, interactive services and cable programming networks. Prior to Gemstar-TV Guide, Bates spent nine years as a senior marketing executive at E! Entertainment Television, where she crafted all marketing strategy in the Cable and Satellite sectors to drive network distribution growth and awareness.
Bates is a graduate of CTAM U at the Harvard University School of Business and received her B.A. from the College of New Rochelle.

Cindy has an extensive background in media production, media buying, public relations, and communication strategies. As Vice President of Farms and Ranches for Williams & Williams, Eric Johnson is responsible for leading all opportunities that fall within this unique real estate division. With more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and management, Eric has used his skill set to establish himself as one of the leaders within the real estate industry. Possessing an extensive background in real estate acquisitions, Eric has sold over 300 properties in ten states for a total of more than $70 million. He has over eight years of experience in the direct sales of farms and ranches, with a particular emphasis on complex acreage sales. Eric has managed the development and sale of properties throughout the United States, including resort properties, farm and ranch land, and specialty commercial projects. Eric was responsible for some very noteworthy farm and ranch sales deals for Williams & Williams in the last year, including a Adams Ranch, a 634+ acre former Limousin cattle ranch in Miami, Oklahoma; an 80+ acre equestrian training facility known as Debonaire Farms; and the Glendorn Estate in Bradford, Pennsylvania, among many others. Eric is a licensed real estate associate and active member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Auctioneers Association and the Realtors Land Institute. Eric Johnson attended Westminster College and Oklahoma State University, where he earned his degree in Business, and currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

As Executive Vice President of Residential Sales for Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction, Elsa is responsible for establishing and executing a clear global revenue strategy for residential asset sales for financial institutions, corporations, and local, state and federal agencies consistent with the company’s overall strategic growth plan. Since joining the company in 2003, Elsa has played an integral role in fulfilling the company’s vision of becoming one of the largest real estate auction firms in the world. Williams & Williams has auctioned nearly 40,000 assets valued at over $4 billion in the last few years alone. Elsa is a 30-year veteran of the real estate and financial services industry and a 25-year veteran of the REO industry. Prior to Williams & Williams, she served in business development roles for First Credit Solutions/MidFirst Bank, an Oklahoma-based financial institution and for Tulsa-based Commercial Financial Services, managing the HUD REO portfolio. She was an REO asset specialist with The Resolution Trust Corporation and national sales manager for The Associates/CorporateLink, one of the first REO asset management companies in the industry. Elsa also served as national sales manager for Sooner Federal Savings & Loan, managing an inventory of over 3,500 REO. Elsa is an active member of the Real Estate Owned Managers Association and a licensed real estate broker. She earned her BS degree in organization leadership and her MBA from Southern Nazarene University with the distinct honor of induction into Delta Mu Delta, the National Honor Society of over 49,000 business professionals. Elsa presently serves as an adjunct professor in the university’s Adult Studies business undergraduate program. She also holds a third-degree black belt in karate.

As Senior Director of Sales for Distinctive Properties, Estates and International, DC Roberts is responsible for the day-to-day management of all distinctive properties from initial listing through closing. As a distinctive property owner herself, DC has used the auction method to buy and sell real estate and knows firsthand the benefits of utilizing such a time-definite process. While working for Williams & Williams, DC oversaw some luxurious properties successfully sold at auction in some of the most desired locales, such as Ladera Ranch, California; St. Petersburg, Florida; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and the Glendorn Estate in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Drawing upon her public speaking experience as a broadcast journalist, DC also often speaks on behalf of Williams & Williams at local community events. She recently emceed the Tulsa Metro Chamber’s Small Business Awards honoring the Tulsa region’s emerging entrepreneurs. Prior to joining the Distinctive Properties Division, DC spent over 25 years in the radio and television industry. Most recently, she was the anchor and executive producer for KTUL News Channel 8 In the Morning, the top-rated morning news show in Northeast Oklahoma. During her 12-year career with KTUL, DC was instrumental in both programming and content development and was awarded the prestigious Best Television Personality by the Broadcast Executives of Tulsa, an award for which she was nominated three years in a row. In addition to her career as an on-air talent, DC accrued over 10 years of marketing, sales, and operations experience for Shamrock Communications, a privately held corporation that owns multiple radio stations and newspapers throughout the Midwest. In her spare time, DC enjoys playing golf, traveling, and training her dogs and four miniature horses.

As Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, Dan Falls is responsible for spearheading efforts within all property segments of the Commercial Real Estate Division. With nearly 20 years of commercial property experience in management and equity raising, Dan has built a solid reputation in the commercial sector for delivering quality services and performance to his clients. Dan was responsible for some landmark commercial sales deals for Williams & Williams in the last year, including the Pontiac Silverdome and the Great Lakes Technology Center, as well as surplus properties from both Rite Aid and KinderCare. Prior to joining Williams & Williams, Dan spent six years with DBSI as Vice President of the Private Equity Group. In this position, Dan personally closed over $400 million and was instrumental in an additional $2.8 billion in real estate transactions. In addition to his work with DBSI, Dan has held senior-level positions with several other national companies, gaining experience in due diligence, underwriting, financial analysis, accounting, and management. Dan resides with his wife and children in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dan is also currently in his final phase of obtaining his CCIM designation.

Her career includes 13 years as a Project Manager for an investor in Los Angeles and more recently, four years managing bulk portfolio trading. Her tenure with Williams & Williams has included serving as a Client Service Manager with oversight of monthly auctions valued in excess of $10 million. Leslie attended Iowa State University and is a licensed real estate agent in multiple states.

As Sales Manager for the Individual Home Sales Division, Becky is responsible for guiding homeowners through the home selling process by exploring the auction options available when selling a property. Becky came to Williams & Williams in 2004 with over 15 years in the banking and mortgage lending industry and has served in multiple roles during this time, which included the day-to-day management of clients' assets from listing through closing. Prior to joining Williams & Williams, Becky worked as a branch manager in the banking and mortgage lending industry where she directed all aspects of branch operations with accountability for performance management and custom assistance for consumer and mortgage lending. She currently holds real estate licenses in several states.

As a Project Manager, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the management of the auction process of individually owned properties from listing through closing. She works directly with Sales Managers and clients to develop client-specific strategies and operational procedures. Jennifer joined Williams & Williams in 2007. Prior to her role with the Individual Home Sales Division she was the Property Preservation Team Lead for Williams & Williams and managed preservation services for up to 2,500 properties a month. This included managing national vendors, implementing seller specific maintenance requirements and reviewing property condition reports. Jennifer has a BBA from the University of Central Arkansas, holds real estate licenses in multiple states and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Jennifer joined Williams & Williams in 2005 and has served in a variety of positions, including Offer Analyst and Client Service Manager. As Project Manager for the Individual Home Sales Division, she is responsible for overseeing the entire auction process for sellers, from listing to close. She works closely with Sales Managers to develop client-specific operations and communications with sellers.
Prior to joining Williams & Williams, Jennifer worked for TV Guide as a Promotions Assistant, and as a Marketing Coordinator for over 9 years in the engineering-architecture and construction industries. Jennifer studied at Oklahoma State University and holds real estate licenses in several states.
