Title to the real estate is being conveyed. Personal property may be present and is included in the auction. Removal of personal property remaining on site at the time of closing will become the responsibility of the new owner. Buyer agrees to remediate all necessary repairs and accepts responsibility for all compliance measures required before occupancy.

Cell Tower - The lease remains with the property. Union holds the rights to any additional party putting anything onto the tower, or in their lease area. Union could negotiate a set rate for additional collocation to the tower with the new owners, or it would simply be a process of Union bringing the new party to the land owner and they negotiate access rights each and every time.
