All properties will sell Live from the Lawn in a public auction. You may register
to bid in person at the site on auction day, or bid online during the live auction.
Please note that a bidder deposit may be required to bid online. All properties
will be available for public inspection. Please visit each propertys’ detail page
for inspection dates and to read about specific terms and conditions.
The high bidder will sign a purchase contract immediately after the auction and
depending on the terms of the sale will have at least 30 days to close. The auctions
are not subject to financing or additional inspections so please complete your own
