The Glendorn Story
The Glendorn Estate is a hidden treasure, tucked away in a valley next to the Allegheny National
Forest near Bradford, Pennsylvania. Serving for almost 70 years as a 1,208+/- acre family retreat,
it was made available to the public as a luxury Relais & Chateaux resort in 1995. Its beauty
has rarely been seen by outsiders. The Big House, as well as the collection of rustic cabins named
after family members, the surrounding old-growth forest, spring fed lakes and miles of
trout-filled streams create a one-of-a kind wilderness experience.

Currently operating as a Relais & Chateaux lodge resort, Glendorn can be acquired
in its entirety as an ongoing enterprise, or to create your own private family enclave.
The resort’s cottages are flanked by hundreds of acres of pristine forest filled
with Black Cherry, Red Oak and Ash timber harvested under a highly selective management
program. Managed trout lakes and streams meander throughout the property and provide
endless recreational options.
