Online Auction Online auctions bring the global marketplace to your property.
Bids can be received during the published auction period, generally 14 to 21 days.

Live Online Auction Bidders compete globally in real time either in live
online only, or live online in conjunction with a live on-site auction.

Studio Auction Auction bidding is conducted at an offsite location due to
convenience and/or accessibility concerns; generally in a ballroom style setting.

Sealed-Bid Auctions Offers are submitted through pre-approved/irrevocable
contract. Each buyer may only submit one sealed bid offer. Once the bidding period
is closed, all bids are reviewed and the highest bidder is announced.

|
Proxy Bids or Absentee Bids A procedure which allows potential buyers to
participate in the bidding process without being present. Pre-registration required.
