Cap*Rock Winery was designed with top-of-the-line wine-making equipment from US and international manufacturers such as Amos, Willmes, Omess, Paul Mueller and P&L Specialties to create its award-winning wines. The stunning Southwestern Mission style building houses a wine-making facility complete with presses, filtering systems, white and red fermentation rooms, a visitor center, barrel room, laboratories, kitchen and office space. The Cap*Rock winery also functions as an event rental center, hosting numerous occasions such as weddings, luncheons, corporate parties and, of course, wine tasting. In addition, the winery is utilized by operators of local vineyards for its crushing services.

The winery currently produces a few thousand cases per year from locally grown grapes, but has the capacity to easily expand to 40,000 to 80,000 cases per year. Vintages of award-winning wines include Viognier, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot.
