Binghamton Ballroom Auction

More than 30 residential and commercial properties will be offered in a single event. Properties range from single family homes to multi-unit apartment buildings, plus downtown Binghamton retail, office and entertainment space.

All properties will be open for inspection during the weekend of May 19 - 20. Please visit each property’s auction detail page to see the specific time and date. Inspections should be conducted during these designated times.

The auction is open to the public and will start promptly at 11am. Bidders must be able to show government issued identification and make the required 5% down payment ($2,500 minimum) at the auction.
