Parcels 1-5

Parcel 1 contains the ranch manager's home on approximately five acres at the entrance to the ranch. Home sits on one of the highest points of the property and has been remodeled in recent years with newer carpeting and exterior brick and stone accents. The home features two bedrooms, two baths and a bonus room. Kitchen has eat-in island, all GE appliances and breakfast nook. Living area has timbered cathedral ceiling.
