A focal piece is a large show barn that doubles as an event center. The ranch is well irrigated from its extensive Caney River frontage and diversion rights, making it one of the most productive cattle ranches in the area.

Auction also includes an extensive inventory of heavy and light equipment required to run a full cattle operation and will be followed by the cattle auction of more than 500 head, including 300+ registered Angus cattle. Cattle sale is being handled by American Angus Hall of Fame and DV Auctions. This will be one of the biggest ranch dispersal auctions in Northeast Oklahoma this year.
