Parcels 7 & 8
Two adjacent parcels along Shortcut Road of 25.63+- and 42.33+/- acres each. Both Parcels
have black oak fencing along Shortcut Road and have a mix of cleared pasture and
heavy trees. The groomed setbacks are sprinklered and both parcels have a variety
of wildlife including deer and wild turkey.
Parcel 9
This is a very scenic parcel of 27.19+/- acres where the fencing curves gracefully
at the intersection of Shortcut Rd and parcel at the corner of Shortcut and Lake
