Parcels 7 & 8
Two adjacent parcels along Shortcut Road of 25.63+- and 42.33+/- acres each. Both Parcels have black oak fencing along Shortcut Road and have a mix of cleared pasture and heavy trees. The groomed setbacks are sprinklered and both parcels have a variety of wildlife including deer and wild turkey.

Parcel 9
This is a very scenic parcel of 27.19+/- acres where the fencing curves gracefully at the intersection of Shortcut Rd and parcel at the corner of Shortcut and Lake Jackson roads. Parcel is sprinklered along the road frontage and also contains two ponds.

Parcels 10 & 11
