Prime land location with two homes. Turn-key, income-producing 1,600+/- pecan tree orchard has potential to produce 90,000-110,000 pounds of pecans annually. Additionally, there are three trees on the property that are approximately 100 years old and have potential to produce 1,500+/- pounds of pecans per tree. Eight people harvest the orchard over a three-week time period in December and the orchard has potential to gross $300,000 - $400,000 annually.

This land is located in the high traffic and busy development corridor for key commerce in and around El Paso. Located on either side of the property are commercial and high-end residential developments.
