Cell Tower - The lease remains with the property. Union holds the rights to any additional party putting anything onto the tower, or in their lease area. However, Union does not have the rights at this time to grant access to/from the tower lease area (para 6), that resides with the property owners. Union could negotiate a set rate for additional collocation to the tower with the new owners, or it would simply be a process of Union bringing the new party to the land owner and they negotiate access rights each and every time.
