	Before the day of the auction: • Click on the Bid Now button on the Williams & Williams property page.
	Login: • Enter your username and password and click on the Login button. • If you do not have a username and password, follow the instructions for "Create a Profile." Creating a profile is FREE. Sign up today! Register: • You must also have registered for this auction. If you are not registered, you will not be able to participate in the auction. • A credit card is required to verify your identity.
	Bidder Central: • Once the auction starts, the bidder screen should look like this ... Notice: • When you place a bid it is NOT automatically accepted.
