Williams & Williams provides turnkey services for selling most types of personal property, including machinery, equipment, livestock, antiques, furniture, autos, boats, airplanes, jewelry, art, inventory and salvage. Whether a single tractor or a 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility, we can electronically inventory and video present the assets to be sold and secure and/or arrange for transport to off-site storage. Our staff has handled thousands of personal property sales and is expert in valuation, marketing and sales methods, to insure the highest net returns possible. Sale proceeds are handled by bonded employees, deposited only in FDIC insured institutions, and/or remitted directly to the Seller pursuant to an on-site day-of-sale accounting. Our full-time staff includes auctioneers, ring staff, holders, clerks, cashiers, and moving and transportation labor. Our services include pre-sale valuations, inventory of assets, marketing, advertising, sales, clerking, cashiering, security, checkout, title transfer and post-sale accounting.

Machinery and Equipment. We have conducted almost a thousand farm equipment auctions, including a sale totaling over $1,000,000 for B&L Farms; heavy equipment and rolling stock sales for construction companies; numerous medical and office equipment liquidations; machinery sales for manufacturing and textile plants; packaging and shipping facilities; pipe and iron yards.

Livestock. A founding partner of Williams & Williams, Tommy Williams served as is an avid cattleman, Mr. Williams also owned and operated Bradmar Angus Farms from 1965 to 1985, after which he continued to serve as a herd and genetics consultant for many of the nation's premier Angus cattle breeders. Our premier livestock dispersion services have been used nationwide for hundreds of purebred cattle operations, including, for example, over 2,000 head of Santa Gertrudis cattle for the 9Bar Ranch in Houston. We have also sold all kinds of equestrian and unique animal farms, including the famous Sunshine Miniature Horse and Exotics farm in Mississippi.

Antiques and Furniture. We have conducted thousands of estate sales throughout the Midwest, handling all kinds of furniture, appliances, collectibles, records, books, china, silver and memorabilia.

Autos, Boats and Airplanes. Classic and modern cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, four wheelers and recreational vehicles, fishing, pleasure and classic boats and yachts, twin and single engine aircraft.

Jewelry, Coins and Art. Heirloom jewelry, antique and gold coins, paintings, sculpture and other art.

Inventory and Salvage. Hardware stores, lumberyards, video stores, groceries, pipe and iron, junkyards.

As with all our services, all upfront costs can be underwritten, or even waived, to further reduce client risk or meet other capital needs.
