Originally developed by oil baron William G. Skelly of Skelly Oil, this unique
property near Catoosa, Oklahoma had become a well-known bed and breakfast and
hunting retreat before becoming embroiled in a large individual bankruptcy.
Working with the court appointed Trustee, we sold the historic 4,000-acre
Skelly Ranch and all equipment and antiques for $8,780,000, which was over
twice its declared value.

Warrior's Trail
The former retreat of Governor Louie B. Nunn, this historic property outside
Bowling Green, Kentucky had fallen into disrepair and impending bankruptcy.
Upon notice, our firm was able to negotiate a stay with all parties, and turn
the property around for sale in less than sixty days, with proceeds exceeding
$4,180,000.
