    Breaking all previous land sales records in the region, Williams & Williams auctioned the remote but pristine Grass Valley Ranch near Tahlequah, Oklahoma for over $4,600,000, including cattle and equipment.

  • Rocky Knoll Herefords
    At over 2,000 acres, Rocky Knoll Farms was the largest farm in Vermont. Upon the owner's move to Boston, we sold the property for $3,100,000, including cattle and equipment.

  • Diamond Bar D
    Our Colorado sales have included ranches in Denver, Colorado Springs, Alamosa, Monte Vista and Elbert. One example was the Diamond D Ranch, which was auctioned for $3,200,000 for Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Dillard, who relocated to a larger ranch.
