  • Shaylon Shaffer | Director of Commercial Sales
    Shaylon Shaffer

    As Director of Commercial Sales Operations, Shaylon is responsible for the coordination of all commercial sales and operational procedures and processes.

    Prior to joining our company, Shaylon spent five years with DBSI as a Senior Sales Analyst in the Private Equity Group. In this position, Shaffer was responsible for closing over $2B in real estate transactions.

    Additionally, he gained valuable industry experience in due diligence underwriting, acquisition, and financial analysis.

    Shaylon received a bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Management and recently relocated to Tulsa. In his spare time he enjoys golf, fly fishing, and hunting.

  • Don Gabriel | Director of Commercial Portfolio Services
    Don Gabriel

    Don is responsible for commercial property auction sales specializing in portfolios of property and corporate excess real estate. These portfolios will include retail, office, industrial, hotels, apartments and vacant commercial land.

    Prior to joining Williams & Williams, Gabriel has 25 plus years experience in the commercial and institutional real estate sector. The past 12 years of which were spent as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Block & Company in Kansas City. In this role he was responsible for training and development of all new associates. Additionally, he also represented buyers and sellers in investment transactions nationwide. Prior to his career with Block & Company, Don was a Senior Vice President and National Director of Portfolio Services for CB Richard Ellis where he was nationally responsible for live auctions, seal bids and individual property sales. In 1993, Don received the CB Richard Ellis Chairman’s Award for his leadership and success in portfolio dispositions.

    Gabriel holds a degree in Marketing from the University of California Los Angeles.

    Don resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife Patricia and two daughters McKenzie and Laura Anne.

  • Kelly Fortin, Esq. | Business Development
    Kelly Fortin, Esq.

    In August, 2008, Ms. Fortin became associated with Williams & Williams for the Western Region. Currently, she is responsible for business development in the areas of commercial, farm and ranch, and premiere real estate.

    In 2006, Ms Fortin joined Auctions by Pennington/Western Stockman’s Market, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Corporate Broker. Ms. Fortin also fulfilled the role of Corporate Broker for a national real estate auction corporation with yearly sales in the multi-million dollar range. She is also a licensed civil litigation attorney, in California. She brings a diverse background combining real estate auction sales and law.

  • Jim Pennington | Business Development
    Jim Pennington

    In August, 2008, Mr. Pennington became associated with Williams & Williams as an affiliate auctioneer/business developer for the Western Region with a focus on premiere residential, farms and ranches, and commercial real estate.

    Jim is a third generation auctioneer, selling his first auction at age 16. He was the 2000 International Livestock Auctioneering Champion, past president of the California State Auctioneers Association and member of the National Association of Auctioneers.

    He sold over a billion dollars of assets during his 30 year career. Since 1997, he is the President/Instructor of the World Champion College of Auctioneering. Jim has authored a how-to book, DVD and CD about auctioneering and opportunities in the auction industry.

    Multi-tenant building previously anchored by a local bank. Located in a developing retail district near downtown, the 30,000 square foot building sold for $950,000.

  • General Dynamics/Lockheed Martin Stealth Radar Testing Facility, Ft. Worth, TX
    Massive 2,800-acre facility included manufacturing/painting plants, runways, aeronautics/racing facility, hangars, office buildings, developable land, equipment, satellite dishes & tools. Sold for $3.6 million with hundreds of registered bidders, including real estate and equipment buyers from across the country.

  • Saddlebrook Golf Course, Mitchell, IN
    To maximize value, this southern Indiana property was marketed simultaneously as a potential golf course operation as well as a development opportunity. The 183-acre property of gentle rolling terrain was offered in 3 parcels and sold for $512,000.

  • Office/Warehouse building, Atlanta, GA
    Located in Fulton County and owned by a group of investors, the marketability of this 38,000 square foot building was impacted by a lot deferred maintenance. The warehouse auctioned for $1.08 million.

  • Montgomery Ward, Oklahoma City, OK
    This 144,000 square foot building on 8.9 acres was attached to a mall. Williams & Williams' marketing targeted national retailers and real estate brokers specializing in tenant representation. The multi-use building sold for $880,000 on behalf of a trustee.
