If you are an agent interested in representing a buyer at auction you must register
yourself and your client per the Cooperation Agreement and
policies published on this website at least 24 hours prior to the auction. You must
attend the auction with your client, bringing proof of your registration, in order
to earn your fee.
Our Preferred Realtor Organization (PRO) portal makes it easier for you and your
clients to participate in Williams & Williams auctions.

Earn up to 2% for listing referrals
If you are an agent representing a seller who is considering auction, please follow
the link to our Listing Referral Request Form. Upon completion, one of our specialists
will process the property information and call you within 48 business hours at the
contact number you provided, regarding the auction opportunity. If real estate auction
is pursued, you could earn up to 2% of the sale for the referral.
